RECALIBRATE
a supported pathway to calm power and
embodied authority when workplace pressure
begins to disconnect you from your confidence,
voice and authority
Two 60 minute coaching sessions for women navigating bias, bullying or workplace harm
If the way your nervous system learned to respond under pressure isn't serving you,
Recalibrate helps you begin shifting survival patterns
into clarity, agency and presence.
You may recognise some of these signs...

01
overthinking or second guessing yourself
02
shutting down or withdrawing under pressure
03
hypervigilant around other people
04
difficulty trusting your own judgement
05
holding it together on the outside, feeling overwhelmed inside
These are not signs that something is wrong with you. These are intelligent protective responses shaped by pressure, stress and threat of harm. These responses often emerge when your system doesn't feel safe. What's needed is not more self-judgement and pressure but a way back to safety, steadiness and choice.

How It Works

The Reclibrate process is designed to help you move from reactive survival patterns into more conscious, grounded and self-trusting ways of responding.

FROM FEAR TO CALM POWER
Why this work matters
Much of the work I do begins at the point where capable, intelligent women start losing trust in themselves under pressure.
I know what it feels like to flounder under chronic workplace pressure and relational harm. For a long time, stress and anxiety left me questioning my worth, confidence and who I was becoming.
Life changed when I learned how to name what I was experiencing and began reawakening the parts of myself I was leaving behind.
This work is not about fixing yourself.
I believe many of us have adapted intelligently to environments that diminish and disconnect us from ourselves.
Today my work combines nervous system awareness, somatic coaching and reflective inquiry to help women recognise survival patterns, rebuild self-trust and reconnect with their strengths and integrity.

"You can’t change what happened, you can’t change what you did or what was done to you. But you can choose how you live now.
My precious, you can choose to be free.”
Edith Eger, The Choice

Do I need to do the Authority Pressure Calibrator?
Yes, if you have not already taken it, you will be emailed a link to the 'Authority Pressure Calibrator'. Is this therapy?
No — this is coaching, not therapy, counselling or psychiatric treatment.
Therapy often focuses on healing, mental health support, diagnosis or working through past trauma. Coaching is different. My work is future-focused and designed to help you reconnect with your own authority, judgement and self-trust — especially when workplace bias, bullying or toxic dynamics have caused you to question yourself.
This is a supportive, non-judgmental and confidential space where your wellbeing is always taken seriously. Ethics, care and client safety are central to how I work. My role is not to diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and I am not a psychologist, psychiatrist or licensed mental health practitioner. Any assessments, reflections or conversations within the programme are intended for coaching and personal development purposes only and should not be considered psychological or psychiatric advice.
At times, coaching and therapy can complement one another well. If I believe you would benefit from additional mental health or clinical support, I may encourage you to seek help from a qualified healthcare or mental health professional alongside or instead of coaching.
Who is this best suited for?
This work is for capable, thoughtful women in high-pressure professional environments including; corporate, public sector, government, charity and entrepreneurial roles, who know they are capable of more, but whose confidence and self-trust have been eroded by difficult workplace experiences.
Many of my clients have navigated bullying, intimidation, discrimination, harassment, exclusion or toxic leadership dynamics. Outwardly, they are still performing, succeeding and carrying significant responsibility. Inwardly, however, they may find themselves second-guessing their judgement, holding back, silencing their voice or struggling to access the authority and respect they once had.
This work is designed for women who are not looking to be “fixed”, but who want to reclaim their confidence, agency and professional presence so they can communicate and make decisions from a place of anchored self-trust again.
Whether you are navigating a current workplace challenge or still feeling the long-term impact of past experiences, this work offers a confidential, strategic and deeply supportive space to help you move forward with greater clarity and conviction.
How does Voxxer Support Work?
Voxer is a private voice and messaging app on which you can send short voice notes or messages and allows us to stay connected between coaching sessions.
You’ll have access to private Voxer support between sessions during working hours (9am–5pm, Monday–Friday).
Between-session Voxer support offers responsive coaching guidance during office hours, without the expectation of unlimited or continuous access. The intention is to provide meaningful support at key moments, while encouraging clients to continue building their own confidence, judgement and self-trust between interactions.
Responses are typically delivered as short voice-note coaching conversations of around 10–15 minutes and are designed to help you regain clarity, perspective and confidence in the moment.
What happens after Recalibrate
For some clients, the two sessions are enough to create meaningful clarity, momentum and change.
There is no obligation to continue working together.
However, for clients who feel they would benefit from ongoing support, I'm happy to discuss the deeper coaching options are available and can be discussed at the appropriate time. My approach is always client-led, thoughtful and pressure-free. My focus is on what genuinely serves your growth, wellbeing and professional goals.
