FREE WORKSHOP FOR WOMEN WHO LEAD
Ready to restore your confidence and rise steady and strong after bias, bullying or burnout?
I got you....take a breath and read on...
They tried to keep you in your place. You've had enough...
Having to prove your worth when being undermined, crushes confidence and it is easy to lose yourself. You've had enough of feeling less than, not good enough, not worth it. It can make you doubt yourself and question whether you have what it takes to succeed. Let's break the myth that a good leader needs to be stronger than criticism, immune to bias, or untouched by the behaviours of those who try to make you feel small; The manipulative colleague, the boss who dismissed your ideas, the rumour mill, the partner who made confidence feel dangerous...they all leave their scars.
I believed this too, until I found a different way, a way where resilience wasn't about 'hardening', but about soft strength. My life changed when I learned how to replace fear and anxiety with Calm Power.
Now, I'm sharing my 5 step roadmap to guide other women to do this too.
I imagine you are the kind of leader who...
cares about making a positive impact. If you value collaboration, inclusivity, connection, you might feel adrift in cultures that are ruthlessly competitive or performative.
It would be understandable if you are:
Missing focus and faith in yourself.
Staying unoticed, keeping yourself under the radar (watching work opportunities pass you by)
You feel isolated and are struggling to build the supportive relationships you need.
Working yourself into the ground, lying awake wondering if you’re even cut out for this
If you want to lead without the grind or self-doubt
you can make this happen. Even if you are battling with a toxic and dysfunctional system, a different approach can help you reclaim what you need to be able to;
Keep your nervous system on side and have energy instead of exhaustion
Trust your judgement, speak with confidence and make decisions without apology
Shift from relentless hustle to a pace that feels more sustainable
Build relationships that support what you’re trying to accomplish
Prosper and lead with integrity, in a way that feels natural and authentic
You're ready to rise...
“'Sometimes the worst moments in our lives, are in fact the moments that bring us to understand our worth. We become aware of all we've received and what we can choose-or choose not-to perpetuate.'”

MEET YOUR GUIDE
Hello, I'm Natasha,
a leadership coach and trauma-informed practitioner who’s worked with women across media, law, healthcare, finance, and government.
From peace activism in Bosnia to the boardrooms of justice and policy, I’ve witnessed how women in power are often punished for their presence and how embodying presence changes everything.
My work blends neuroscience, somatic intelligence, and deep self-awareness, helping women lead without losing themselves in the process.
A mother of two boys, I live in the colourful town of Glastonbury UK, where you will often find me walking the country lanes singing well-loved folk songs.
